How quickly will I hear back?
Quote requests sent during business hours are usually answered the same day. Anything that arrives overnight or on a Sunday is answered the next working morning.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
No. Quotes and site assessments are free and there is no obligation to proceed.
Do I need to be home for the assessment?
Not always. For most jobs we can do the initial design from your address, roof imagery and a recent bill. We do need access for the final pre-install inspection and on install day.
Which areas do you cover?
Melbourne's northern and western growth corridors, the outer north, and Manningham and the outer east. If you are outside that, send the enquiry anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can service you.
