These terms govern your use of this website. They do not replace the contract for any installation work — that is a separate written agreement provided with your quote.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices and figures shown on this site are indicative estimates, not offers.
• A binding price is only the one in a written quote issued to you, and it is subject to the conditions and expiry date set out in that quote.
• Quotes are prepared on the information you give us and, where applicable, remote roof imagery. If a site inspection reveals conditions we could not reasonably have known about — switchboard upgrades, asbestos, structural issues, difficult access, non-compliant existing wiring — we will tell you the revised price in writing before we proceed. You are free to withdraw at that point.

Performance and savings estimates

Any generation, savings or payback figures are estimates based on modelling and assumptions about your usage, tariff and weather. Actual results vary with consumption habits, shading, retailer tariffs, feed-in rates, equipment performance and weather. They are not a guarantee or a promise of a financial outcome, and should not be relied on as financial advice. We are not licensed to give financial advice.

Rebates and incentives

Information about rebates, certificates and incentives is provided for general guidance and reflects our understanding at the date shown on each page. These schemes change frequently and are administered by government bodies, not by us. Eligibility depends on your circumstances, your property and the equipment installed. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular rebate or the amount you will receive. Always check the administering body's current terms.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
