How we choose
Brand matters less than most solar advertising implies, and it matters in a specific way: what you are really buying is the likelihood that someone can service this in eight years. Panels rarely fail. Inverters do, at roughly the 8–12 year mark, and a warranty is worth nothing if the manufacturer has left the Australian market.
That is why this list is short. Every brand here has an Australian presence we can actually escalate to. We would rather tell you we do not stock something than install a brand we cannot support.
The specific model that suits your roof depends on shading, usable area, phase supply and whether storage is coming. That is a design decision, and it belongs in your quote with the datasheet attached — not in a brand page.
